From March 23 to 25, 2025, the International Conference on Display Technology (ICDT),a global event in the field of display technology, was grandly held in Xiamen, with the theme of foreseeing the development trend of display technology. At the conference, Visionox presented six major display highlights. In terms of exhibition, besides disruptive technologies and innovative applications, Visionox also showcased several practical technologies and mass-producible diversified application solutions that could address users’ pain points, fully demonstrating its innovative achievements in the OLED and Micro-LED fields. In terms of forum, Visionox delivered reports in multiple directions including technology innovation, performance enhancement, and testing methods, offering strong innovation, substantial content, and numerous highlights.
Disruptive New Technology ViP — Comprehensively Leading the AMOLED+ Era
One of the highlights showcased by Visionox at this conference was its independently developed "disruptive" innovative technology, i.e., Visionox intelligent Pixelization (ViP). This technology adopts a photolithographic pixel method to overcome the process bottleneck of traditional AMOLED technology constrained by Fine Metal Mask (FMM), achieving exponential improvements in performance indicators such as lifespan, brightness, and resolution for ViP AMOLED products. The ViP technology can increase pixel density to over 1700ppi, and combined with Visionox's Tandem stacked device technology, it can achieve 6 times the lifespan or 4 times the brightness compared to FMM AMOLED. Additionally, it offers significant improvements in image quality and reliability. Currently, Visionox's ViP technology has the capability for mass production across multiple sizes, covering applications from smartwatches and smartphones to medium-sized laptops. With its superior performance advantages, the ViP technology can meet the performance demands of small-, medium-, and large-sized applications, comprehensively leading the AMOLED+ era.

In addition to amplifying the performance advantages of AMOLED and meeting the application needs of multiple fields, ViP technology also enhances operational efficiency of the production lines. Production lines equipped with the ViP technology can produce a variety of applications ranging from 1 inch to 80 inches within a single plant. Furthermore, for flexible production, it can better respond to the cyclical fluctuations in the industry. This technology not only improves production efficiency but also provides more possibilities for the future development of the display industry. Today, Visionox and Hefei Govisionox are accelerating the mass production of the ViP technology.

Power Saving and Long Battery Life
As AMOLED continues to penetrate into medium-sized applications, and for the adoption of AI, power consumption has increasingly become a key focus for electronic products. By anticipating the technological development trend in this regard, Visionox introduced the COE&UBA technology. As the first refresh rate adjustment solution using "row" as the smallest control unit in the industry, this technology achieves precise adaptation of display content and refresh rate and reduces the power consumption of the screen driver IC by up to 20%, avoiding the power consumption waste caused by continuous high refresh rates.

High Refresh Rate
Visionox has remained the highest refresh rate for smartphones to date. At the exhibition, Visionox showcased the world's first mobile phone screen supporting a 260Hz refresh rate, significantly enhancing the display smoothness of dynamic images and effectively reducing the afterimage effect and motion blur. This technology is undoubtedly a boon for gaming enthusiasts.

High Screen-to-Body Ratio
In the era of the Internet of Everything (IoE), everything is displayed. Screens are getting larger in size, and consumers demand increasingly narrower bezels to pursue an absolutely "full-screen" visual experience. Visionox's ultra-narrow bezel solution reduces the screen bezel to 0.8mm. Additionally, Visionox's quad-curved equal-depth solution can increase the display area to 98%, making this technology applicable to multiple scenarios such as mobile phones, tablets, and vehicle-mounted displays.

More Integrated and Safer
Convenience in consumption is a trend in the fast consumption era, where a payment can be completed via a simple face swiping. However, this convenience also brings security risks. Visionox has introduced the world's first under-screen camera and 3D facial recognition solution. This technology uses the under-screen camera technology to capture core facial feature data and compares them with the facial data stored in the system library to achieve a match. While ensuring clear display, it further enhances transmittance to achieve the optimal balance between display and transmittance, providing users with a safer and more convenient experience.

More Diversified Applications — OLED Accelerates Penetration into Home and Automotive Entertainment

Visionox, in collaboration with Haier, launched the world's first washing machine equipped with an AMOLED screen, allowing this advanced technology to reach daily life through screens.

Visionary smart mobility applications include flexible AMOLED vehicle-mounted smart translucent skin, vehicle-mounted curved center console, vehicle-mounted dual-screen center console display, and AMOLED transparent integrated display, offering users more technological, more comfortable, and safer driving experience.

Seeing is Believing — Micro-LED Brings A Brilliant Experience
VISTAR, one of Visionox's affiliated companies, made a significant announcement at the exhibition by unveiling the world's first TFT-Based Micro-LED Texture Screen — "InviLux Mirage". This product utilizes micro-nano texture coating technology to display various texture effects such as wood grain, marble grain, and metal grain, and can support customized design for transforming just a screen to a wall, furniture, or artistic installation, seamlessly integrating those products into various scenarios. Unlike traditional screens that appear as "black blocks" after being turned off, InviLux Mirage displays vibrant images when being powered on and blends seamlessly with the background when being powered off, achieving a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.
Technical Reports with Deep Insights — Providing Wide Topics
During the conference, Visionox presented multiple technical reports covering areas such as OLED material devices, oxide technology, power consumption optimization, low grayscale Mura improvement, and wide color gamut enhancement. In addition, Visionox shared its insights on topics like afterimage testing methods, providing more reference standards for the industry.
