On May 13 local time, SID Display Week, a global professional event in the display field, was opened in San Jose, California, USA. Visionox participated in it with a series of groundbreaking technologies and products.
At the exhibition, Visionox globally debuted its multiple products, ranging from micro, small to medium and large sizes. With its leading technology, it delivered the latest display experience with high performance, low power consumption, and more comprehensiveness. Through diversified innovative applications, it accelerated its penetration into allscenarios such as Virtual Reality (VR), vehicle-mounted, and home products; With a brand-new vision, Visionox has ushered in the next new AMOLED+ era.

ViP Full Suite Debuts at SID
The "All-round King" Technology Has Been Upgraded Again
Technological innovation is always the main theme of the emerging display industry.
Looking into the next new "vision", Visionox has pioneered a brand-new technological path — the all-round king ViP technology. This technology adopts a photolithographic pixel method, breaking through the process bottleneck of the traditional AMOLED technologies which were constrained by fine metal mask (FMM). It enables ViP AMOLED products to multiply achieve exponential improvements in performance indicators such as lifespan, brightness, and resolution. The ViP technology can increase pixel density up to over 1700ppi. Combined with Visionox's Tandem Stacked Device Technology, it can achieve 6 times the device lifespan or 4 times the brightness compared to FMM AMOLED, meeting the needs of small, medium, and large-sized products. In addition, production lines equipped with the ViP Technology can produce a wide variety of applications ranging from 1-inch to 80-inch in a single plant, enhancing the operational efficiency of these production lines. In the meantime, for flexible production, they can better respond to cyclical fluctuations in the display industry.

Currently, Visionox's ViP technology has achieved mass production capabilities for multi-size applications. At the SID DW2025 Exhibition, Visionox showcased the ViP AMOLED "Full Suite" for watches, mobile phones, and laptops.
Among them, the 1.5-inch ViP AMOLED watch screen has a resolution of 466*466; the 6.88-inch ViP AMOLED mobile phone screen has a resolution of 1316*2832; and the 14.2-inch ViP AMOLED medium-sized laptop screen has a resolution of 3120*2080 and a color gamut of DCI-P3 100%. They adopt a Real RGB stripe arrangement, offering better color and anti-aliasing performances compared to traditional FMM OLED products.

ViP, of course, goes beyond such upgrades. At this exhibition, Visionox brought 8 global debuts, setting the following new records in dimensions such as high performance, low power consumption, and full screen in the industry.

In terms of high performance, Visionox has globally debuted high-efficiency and wide-color-gamut pTSF devices. Compared to traditional phosphorescent devices, high-efficiency pTSF devices offer higher efficiency, reducing their power consumption by over 12% and extending their lifespan by 15%.
Wide-color-gamut pTSF devices show significant improvements in color purity, covering over 99.5% of both the DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB color gamuts. In the meantime, their power consumption can be reduced by over 6%, and their lifespan extended by 20%.

In addition, the VR and AR fields have always been hotspots in emerging display industry. Visionox has developed the world's first glass-based AMOLED ultra-high PPI solution, to achieve 2000 PPI by utilizing a self-developed pixel design solution and a 1.5um process capability, offering superior display effects and faster response times, and reducing motion blur. Compared to traditional silicon-based VR products with high cost, this solution can achieve a balance between display performance and cost.

In terms of low power consumption, Visionox has globally debuted the LTPS 20Hz low refresh rate solution for mobile phones, reducing their power consumption by over 20%. Even under low refresh rate, low gray scale, and low brightness scenarios at 20Hz at normal temperatures (30Hz at high temperatures), such display screen maintains a flicker-free effect. This breaks Visionox's previous industry record set with the launch of the "world's first low-frequency LTPS-TFT low power consumption solution" in 2022, so that AMOLED mobile phone screens support a minimum refresh rate of 30Hz.
In addition, Visionox has introduced the world's first low-reflection COE flexible AMOLED technology. COE replaces the traditional core material polarizer with a color filter (CF) in the encapsulation, offering advantages such as wide color gamut, low power consumption, and lightweight design. Visionox's flexible AMOLED low-reflection COE technology can achieve a reflectivity of 5.0% (without an anti-reflection film), so as to enhance visual clarity, reduce ambient light interference, and restore natural colors. Compared to traditional screens, such ones reduce their power consumption by over 20%, and their full module thickness by approximately 100 micrometers.
In terms of full (bezel-less) screens, Visionox has globally debuted the Pad Bending R0.1 flexible AMOLED technology, narrowing the bottom bezel of the screen and reducing the thickness of the bending area. This results in a larger screen, a lighter body, and a more immersive visual experience. As the global pioneer of under-screen camera and 3D facial recognition solutions, Visionox has been in a leading position in the under-screen camera technology.
Visionox has globally debuted the vehicle-mounted UDIR flexible AMOLED solution, utilizing the innovative under-screen camera transparent display area TFT embedded technology. This achieves a higher screen-to-body ratio and flicker-free infrared light detection under the screen. Through the spatial arrangement of multiple transparent display areas, it meets various 3D facial recognition terminal requirements such as structured light and TOF (Time of Flight), ensuring safer recognition and truly realizing "invisible cameras with visible cutting-edge technology".
New vehicle-mounted and home products, and new interaction
The emerging display market is expanding further
Emerging display technologies are advancing in multiple fields such as Vehicle-mounted, IT, home, education, and medical products, and driving the realization of intelligent display scenarios. Their application scenarios are shifting from one-way information output to intelligent interactive service. Beyond cutting-edge technologies, Visionox is exploring diversified product applications of AMOLED, to expand new display markets, and enlarge the emerging display industry.
Balancing driving safety and user experience has always been the development direction of human-vehicle interactions. Visionox has firstly launched multiple vehicle-mounted display products, delivering a vehicle-mounted display experience that is "invisible, touchable, and safer".
Invisible — Visionox's Intelligent Privacy Flexible AMOLED Solution can reduce the brightness at a 30-degree viewing angle to 0.5% of that at the frontal viewing angle, providing better privacy protection when being viewed from the side and minimizing distractions for drivers while they are driving. In the meantime, it features a new privacy film structure to achieve Moiré pattern-free display; the privacy film can reach transmittance rate of 85%, maintaining high-brightness display for the screen; the privacy angles are flexible and can be customized according to customer requirements to adjust the light receiving angle of the privacy film.

Touchable — Visionox's intelligent knob touch flexible AMOLED solution features a knob with mechanical tactile sense and a 32-level scale, providing precise operational feedback to keep drivers focused on their driving. In addition, the knob's position can be adjusted freely, and the large screen shared without the need for additional auxiliary screens, thus saving the interior space of the vehicles.
In the mid-size IT field, Visionox introduced two the leading oxide technologies in the industry.

The all-oxide flexible AMOLED technology adopts an amorphous oxide material system with a mobility ratio of 30 cm²/V•s, excellent film uniformity, and high brightness uniformity. Leveraging the low leakage current characteristics of oxides, it supports a wide refresh rate range of 1-240Hz and operates flicker-free display at low refresh rates. The all-oxide process eliminates the need for the ELA crystallization process, enabling lean production. Visionox's metal oxide Drive TFT flexible AMOLED technology uses metal oxide TFTs all in the pixel drive circuit, supporting a wide refresh rate range of 1-120Hz and reducing overall power consumption. The oxide pixel circuit effectively improves afterimage and motion blur, delivering a more transparent and smoother visual experience for screens.
Visionox's smart home solutions debuted collectively at SID DW2025. Visionox’s smart home space, handheld gaming devices, smart speakers, washing machines, smart door locks, and other electronic home products are all equipped with AMOLED screens, enabling human-computer interaction through screens and creating a smarter and more personalized smart home.

For the home theater market, VISTAR, one of Visionox's affiliated companies introduced the world's first 88-inch P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen, featuring smaller pixels for rendering more precise details. It offers a brightness of 2000 nits, a high contrast ratio at 26000:1, 100% DCI-P3 cinema-grade color gamut, and a combination of high contrast and low reflection for a clearer HDR experience. Its physical splicing seam is less than 20μm, achieving a visual effect of "zero" seam. For emerging transparent display applications, VISTAR unveiled the world's first P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED transparent screen product. Utilizing micron-level LED chips and a high-aperture TFT transparent substrate, it achieves a single-screen transmittance ratio of 72% and a brightness of 3000 nits, and supports infinite splicing. It is widely applicable in scenarios such as museums, subway windows, and smart city advertisements.

In terms of new smart interaction, has Visionox introduced EMR & touch control integration flexible AMOLED technology, which is equipped with the Metal Mesh processes to achieve the integration of EMR and On Cell TP functions. This not only reduces module thickness and improves bending performance but also addresses the problem of lacking EMR touch functionality in the folding area in previous foldable products. As a result, foldable products can now achieve full-screen touch, with a smaller electromagnetic pen that is easy to store, requires no charging, offers excellent floating touch performance, and provides a superior interactive experience.
In addition, display form upgrades have brought about new changes in interaction. From folding and curling to stretching, Visionox has always been a leader in flexible technologies.
Visionox also showcased the stretchable flexible AMOLED technology which enhances the stretching performance and reliability of the OLED backplane by optimizing the structure and design of the stretchable OLED backplane and developing the proprietary stretchable OLED encapsulation technology. Both the planar and spherical stretch ratios exceed 15%, making the 3D form suitable for new interactive scenarios such as robots and VR external screens.
